The studio is located in the heart of Paris on Rue Aubriot , 4th district, in the historic "Marais".

The exceptional location of this studio gives you the opportunity to visit major museums and interesting sites of Paris: Place des Vosges, Pompidou centre, Musée Picasso, Notre Dame Cathedral, Le Louvre...just a few steps away !! you will find on Rue Saint Paul many antiques shops. On Rue Rambuteau just 2 minutes walk ; several food markets, bakery...

This studio is available as soon as you arrive. The bed already made up and the household linen supplied. it's immediately ready for use. Your arrival day, I will be there to welcome you . I will be happy to assist you with yours plans and share with you my knowledge of Paris to help make your trip. For further explanation, clarification, information, or any other help you need. In a beautiful 18th century "Hôtel Particulier" (townhouse built for the noble family). At the third floor ( no elevator, don't worry I will be there to help you with your luggage) its 2 windows offers a rooftop view of the Centre Pompidou, this charming studio is completly renovated and tastefully decorated. It's fully equipped and furnished for 2 people. sunny, very quiet, comfortable and safe, it will ensure you an unforgettable stay in Paris.

One top quality queen size bed.

Cable TV with CNN, BBC, Rai ... Hifi system with a choice of CD, telephone: free local and incoming calls only but calling cards can be used for long-distance calls.

internet acces wifi free ( bring your computer if you want to use it ,please)

Kitchen area ( with oven, microwave oven , 2 electric rings, fridge, coffee-maker, toaster and all basics needed to have snack or dinner at home...)

1 table and 2 chairs and 1 large wardrobe.

A safe. One fan at your disposal

1 alarm clock , 1 umbrella

Private bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, a sink and a toilet,

linens and towels are provided. 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for each person

( household linen is changed once a week)

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment Sorry,No pets .

The entrance building is protected with a digitcode + intercom entry.

You will also have at your disposal a list of information about the area and several guide books on Paris in english to help you spend a pleasant stay.
