This apartment is situated in the famous Beaubourg Pompidou Center area, the heart of Paris. On the third floor with elevator, this apartment has just been completly renovated and all furniture and appliance are brand new, it's also very quiet and sunny. just around this apartment the best places to visit; le Marais, Notre Dame Cathedrale, Sainte Chapelle, Le Louvre museum, Orsay museum, Picasso museum, Carnavalet museum... you don't need to take the public transportation: everything is around just by walk ! you will find also a lot of restaurants and shopping just next to this building. I will be happy to assist you with yours plans and share with you my knowledge of the city. For further explanation, clarification, information, or any other help you need. One living room with a sofa, cable TV with CNN, BBC, RAI, TVE and movies ..., Hifi system with a choice of CD, telephone free of charge for local and incoming calls but use calling cards for long-distance calls.

internet high speed acces free at your disposal ( wifi)

Open Kitchen ( with microwave oven , 4 electric rings, 1 oven, fridge, dish washer, coffee-maker, toaster and all basics needed to have snack or dinner at home...)

1 table and 4 chairs and 1 large cupboard space.

1 safe. one fan at your disposal

Private bathroom has: a bath , a sink and a toilet, hairdryer

llinens and towels are provided.

1 hand towel and 1 bath towels for each person

( household linen is changed once a week)
