I did enjoy my time staying at Paris and your apartment. This
second-time visit has truly reminded me of all those wonderful things

We have a lot of good things to say about your Ave Rivoli apartment and the way you operate it. We also had an opportunity in Barcelona to see how an apartment should not be maintained and operated.The location is very good, especially for the Metro and Louvre. The elevator saved my knee.
The bathroom was excellent with the sink with a modern, easy to operate faucet. The shower was also very good. The supply of towels was good.
The kitchen worked Ok and it is nice to have a few things in it , like coffee, sugar, dish towels, etc. These are nice touches.
The new TV was nice to have and the WIFI broadband was a very important addition. Anne likes the book you have put together with the personal recommendations.The bed and pillows were the most comfortable of the three places we stayed in London, Paris, and Barcelona.The heat worked well, when you wanted to have it. The apartment was pretty quiet.
The security was excellent and all the doors remained locked and closed, all the time.We appreciated you personally coming at the start and the end of our stay.We did miss the Marais neighbor hood.Looking forward to seeing you on our next stay in Paris!

My husband & I were delighted with the 8 days we spent in your quaint Studio 1 with your burgundy bedcovers,
and baby blue (my favourite colour!) accents in the kitchen. Loved the central location in Marais, and
walked practically everywhere from there...even coming back a few times for home-cooked lunch! Your
personalised recommendation-file, and handy guide books were absolutely appreciated...Just lovely!

We are all back in Australia and miss Paris. Our stay in the apartment at Bearbourg made our stay wonderfull. It was within walking distance to so much of Paris, and we enjoyed walking the local streets and soaking up the atmosphere.
The apartment and surrounding area were like a haven after a long day out and about. We loved the Patisserie and the Bistro outside the front door. Thanks to all the great information you provided we were able to visit Pere Lachaise easily, and discovered the Musee Carnavalet, La st Chapelle and also St Eutasche nearby. We took your advice re Seine Cruise from Pont Neuf, In the evening after a hectic day and it was magical.Thank you so very much for making our stay so memorable. I have now used your apartment services 2 times, staying in #4 last year and #3 this year. I must say that finding
your nonsmoking apartments online has made my stays in Paris so enjoyable. You are a wonderful host andprovide
all that is needed for a magical stay in The City of Light.Both apartments are convenient to most everything,
and having the Metro so near, puts everything in close range. I must say that walking, as you
recommend, is truly the best way to see Paris.Having a phone with no charge for local calls
and reservations made for airport return makes me feel so pampered. Even more, but when I forgot my
shopping bag, you were prompt in replying to my email to send it to me. Howgracious of you!

It was a fabulous few days (not long enough) - and I hope to come back and stay there again one day.I have been speaking to our Chef here at Parliament House and he has very fond memories also of the time he spent in your other Studio - next door to me. Dear Jean-Marie,.We are safely home after a wonderful trip. We just wanted to let you know that we really appreciated the convenient location of the studio #3, and the lovely peaceful quiet of the apartment overlooking the inner courtyard. The wonderful food market nearby made dining in the apartment very easy, and certainly , the Metro just a block away made it simple to get to everything we wanted to see or do, such as the Opera at Opera Bastille, and a performance of the Strasbourg Philharmonic Orchestra at the Theatre des Champs-Elysees. The big surprise was that the best tour of Paris bus stop was literally at our doorstep. Thanks so much for making it possible for us to so easily enjoy your wonderful Paris. Just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your apartments. So much so, that after our first trip in 2001, we returned for another vacation this past Spring. We have now stayed in both Marais and Louvre studios. You made us feel so welcome and provided such a convenient place to stay in Paris that we were glad to return and will probably do so again in the future. We very much prefer to travel in a way that gives us a taste of living in the places we visit. The studios were perfect! The information you had on hand allowed us to "move right in" as though it was our own neighborhood. That was something we never would have experienced in a hotel.We have told all our friends who travel in France about your studios. Jean-Marie - as I promised, here's my testimonial for your website. For those of you looking to rent an apartment in Paris, I suggest you look no further. My wife and I rented Studio Louvre 4 for a week in early September 2002 and we didn't want to leave. The apartment is cosy, in good repair, well furnished, and we think quite a good value (it's also in the building that Leo Tolstoy lived in for a couple of years). Mr. Tisserand was also thoughtful enough to include some Paris tourist information in the apartment - brochures, guides, etc. The location is simply superb - across the street from the Metro (which, by the way, is very easy to figure out and takes you everywhere you'd want to go), and within walking distance to the Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, and the Musee d'Orsay. The Champs-Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe and the Pompidou Centre are a little further, but reachable on foot too. I have to admit I was a little hesitant at first about renting an apartment rather than staying in a hotel. But all my apprehensions were unfounded. Mr. Tisserand is honest, very friendly, and he was very quick to respond to the questions I asked in my e-mails. It was a pleasure dealing with him. My wife and I had a fantastic time in Paris, and the apartment was the icing on the cake for us. We definitely plan to return to Paris, and we'll rent from Mr. Tisserand when we do. I am finally getting around to sending you a quick not to say thank you for our stay in your Louvre flat. We had the most fantastic 10 days! The location was perfect with the gardens accross the street for a stroll & drink, the museums a short walk away and a metro station so close. The room was so quiet. We slept with the window open every night and never heard any street noise at all. We plan to visit Paris again soon and will call you again to reserve the flat.
